Quality

 We maintain stringent quality controls at both pre-shipment and post shipment stage. Utmost care is taken by our production staff on the following parameters normally considered to be essential. We strongly believe that this will lead us to attain complete customer satisfaction.

 We are required to have our own warehouses new port which can store agro products before shipment. These warehouses are properly ventilated and fumigated regularly, under requisite temperature. This ensures the maintenance of quality of agro products at pre-shipment stage.

Quality Checks and Specification of Finished product

 Quality of the broken rice are checked after the polishing process physically and during the process of sortex in the inspection doors. The primary and resort feeders speed are adjusted so as to get best and clean broken rice in every shift.

Sample size :
  • According to the customers request.
Specification :
  • The quality and quantity of broken rice is checked with the specified size sample of customer using electronic weighing machine and Sieve analyzer.

Quality Systems

  • Non confirming raw materials would be rejected and send back to the source of receipt .
  • Non confirming finished product would be sold to the cattle feed.
  • The final product is graded according to the date of manufacture and given batch no and date of manufacture.

Quality and Food Safety policy:

 We have given more important to the quality and food safety policy. The qualities of the materials were checked in every stage of the food processing work. A special device of water jet is attached to the polishing machine to get clean silky broken rice. The sortex chroma is having inspection doors. The operator can increase or decrease the speed of vibrator according to the output grain quality. The complete impurities of black, immature rice kernels, black peck(insect damage), Mouse drops, Yellow stack burn and pale yellows, chalky bran straws are completely removed from the final product of broken rice. The godown where the final products were kept are properly fumigated and the stocks were stored in adequately aerated places, so as to avoid infection and damage of insects, worms, rats etc. All the preventing method is adopted to preserve the stocks in the desired quality and hygienic condition.

Environment Policy

The surrounding of our project is smoke free and no air pollution. The byproducts of Rice Flour and Rice Bran are collected in the respective outlet and marketed. We kept the environment very clean and neat. Coconut trees were planted around the Mill to make green revolution.
